There is no seal lifetime because this is non-contact seal type.
Furthermore, it is low heat generation and low dust emission.

For water and hot water (Applicable industry: General machinery) LC type

There is no seal force trouble caused by accumulated contamination in the fluid and water scale on spring part because spring for seal force is not in the fluid.

For hot water and heat transfer oil (Applicable industry: General machinery) LCH type

Applicable for maximum temperature 200 ℃ because packing and grease have heat tolerance.
Furthermore, no regular oil supply is needed.

Applicable industry: Steel NJ type

Material of this rotary joint is stainless steel that are superior to corrosion resistance.
Therefore, these parts rarely need replacement.

Multi-port type (3 ports or more) MF type

Multi-port (3 ports or more) rotary joint is order made base.
Our proposal of rotary joint is based on customer requirements such as pressure, rotation speed, temperature, fluid type, number of ports and port size.

Sludge adherence reduction type (Auto Flush)

The "Auto Flush" system developed by RIX reliably reduces "leakage" which has been a major problem with rotary joints for machine tools.

This system is a new technology that dramatically improves the biggest factor that causes leaks (opening/closing operation failure caused by sludge contained in coolant).

Rocky Insulator

We provide our customers with products made from phenolic resin materials and glass fibers, which are formed by heat and direct pressure integral molding using a molding machine, and which have been processed into various shapes. Thermal insulation, as well as strength, is a heat-resistant and heat-insulated plate that has been highly evaluated by customers.

Nitte Light

Phenolic resins impregnated in base materials (special cotton canisters, heat-resistant woven fabrics, etc.) are laminated and homogeneously molded under heating and pressure.
